Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned final result dated 13.07.2022 (Annexure P-10) for the post of Supervisor in Irrigation and Water Resources Department advertised vide Advertisement No.14/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner being eligible for the post of Supervisor, applied pursuant to the advertisement aforesaid. He cleared the written test and scrutiny of documents also. However, in the final result notified on 13.07.2022, he was declared ineligible. No reasons have been cited, nor his representations dated 25.07.2022, 16.09.2022 and 13.12.2022 (Annexures P-15, P-15A and P-15B respectively) have been decided so far. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same.

Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 25.07.2022 & 16.09.2022, Annexure P-15 & P-15A, shall be decided by respondent No.1 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1/ Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, to consider and decide the pending representations, dated 25.07.2022 & 16.09.2022, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
