**** RA-RS-36-2025 in RSA-2254-1993 Date of Decision :04.07.2025 SMT. SARBATI AND OTHERS . . . . Appellants Vs.
THE STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS . . . . Respondent ****
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA **** Present: - Mr.Ashok Verma, Advocate, for the applicant-appellants.
**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The main appeal was disposed of by this Court by way of order dated 27.05.2025. By way of the present application, the appellants of the main appeal seek recalling of the order.
Learned counsel for the applicants-appellants has been heard at considerable length.
Hon'ble Supreme Court in its decision rendered in "Narayan Prasad vs. State of Bihar" 2019(14) SCC 726 held that once the judgment is signed even by the High Court in exercise of its inherent power under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., it has no authority or jurisdiction to alter/review the same.
In view of the aforesaid observations made by Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court does not find any ground so as to recall the order dated 27.05.2025.
Dismissed.
