Judgment debtor is in revision against orders passed by the learned Executing Court dated 05.03.2019 (Annexure P6) and dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P7) issuing conditional warrants of arrest as he is not appearing in the Court in person.

Keeping in view the facts of the case, petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Executing Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 22.01.2020 and furnish an affidavit with respect to his source of income and list of properties. If such list is furnished, this Court has no doubt that the learned Executing Court would proceed in accordance with the provisions of Section 51 read with Order 21 Rule 37 CPC.
