*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. By this order, the aforesaid appeals shall stand disposed of. Learned State counsel has very fairly stated that in view of the judgment passed in Civil Appeal No.2527-2541 of 2021 (Jasmer Singh since deceased thr. LRs etc. vs. State of Haryana and others) decided on 14.7.2021, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has assessed the market value of the acquired land @ Rs.42 lakh. Hence, he submits that the present appeals filed by the State of Haryana which arise from the award passed by the Reference Court while deciding petitions under Sections 18 and 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, are liable to be dismissed. He submits that the State is only

In view of the fair stand taken by the learned State counsel, the appeals are dismissed qua the quantum of compensation. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
