Present Criminal Revision Petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 08.11.2021, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, and for discharging the petitioner under Section 307 of IPC.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the trial itself has already been finally adjudicated by convicting the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition may be disposed of as such.
