SUMEET GOEL , J (ORAL) Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail during the pendency of the trial in case FIR No.167 dated 30.10.2025 under Sections 309(4), 3(5) of BNS, under Section 25 of Arms Act and Sections 249/317(2) of BNS added lateron, registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar Commissionerate, Punjab.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
