Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to count the daily wage period from 01.01.1979 to 28.02.1986, which the petitioner had rendered, but the same has not been considered for his pensionary benefits. Petitioner has already got issued legal notice dated 06.06.2018 (Annexure P11), but no action has been taken thereon. The matter is, otherwise, covered as per policy of the respondents dated 25.11.2013 (Annexure P1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that even gratuity and commuted pension of the petitioner has not been released, though he has applied for the same.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 06.06.2018 (Annexure P11), which was got issued by the petitioner and take required DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.10.11 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
