(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) in a time bound manner by conducting a fair investigation in FIR No.182 dated 19.8.2018, under Sections 354-A, 354-B, 323, 427, 147, 149, 341 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Daresi, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
