(Oral) Mr.Sharma learned DAG, Punjab has produced an order dated 30.9.2015 passed by the Director, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, Chandigarh accepting the request of the petitioner for premature retirement under rule 3(a) of Punjab Civil Services (Premature Retirement), Rules 1975 with effect from 31.12.2013. The charge sheet dated 25.5.2015 has been dropped. A photocopy of the order in original and its translation in English produced by Mr.Vaibhav Sharma, DAG, Punjab is retained on record. This renders the writ petition infructuous.

Disposed of as infructuous. However, in case the petitioner has a dispute arising out of the writ petition or order dated 30.9.2015 produced today, he is at liberty to move an application for revival of the petition.
