Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the pensionary benefits, general provident fund and other retiral benefits of Pawan Singh, deceased husband of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure P2) and thereafter, she got issued legal notice dated 03.08.2018 (Annexure P3), but no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 03.08.2018 (Annexure P3), which was got issued by the petitioner and take required action, if any, thereon expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
