This is a revision petition filed under Section 115 of CPC for setting aside the order dated 29.07.2021 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not opined upon the maintainability or merits of any such remedy which the petitioner proposes to avail and in case any such remedy is availed, it would be open to all the parties concerned to raise all the pleas which are available to them in accordance with law.
