The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing respondent No. 2 to sanction and grant the family pension to the petitioner, on account of death of her late husband namely Sh. Jagtar Singh, Panchayat Secretary. 2.

Learned counsel has received instructions to withdraw the writ petition, as necessary payments in question have been released to the petitioner.
