*** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition, filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the order dated 06.05.2022 passed by the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Ludhiana whereby the bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled and surety bonds were forfeited.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh informs that the petitioner, upon his arrest has already been released on regular bail by the trial Court thereby, rendering the present petition as infructuous.
