Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuing directions to respondent No. 3 to consider case of petitioner for the post of Elementary Trained Teacher (ETT) in pursuance of Advertisement dated 06.03.2020 (P-1). At the outset, learned State Counsel, on instructions, has apprised the Court that above advertisement (P-1) stands quashed vide order dated 08.11.2021 passed in CWP No. 3363 of 2021, titled "Daljit Kaur and others Vs. State of Punjab and others"; thus present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

Since no one is appearing on behalf of petitioner, therefore, it appears that she is not interested to pursue the present petition. "Dismissed for non-prosecution".
