After arguing for considerable time, learned Counsel for the petitioner draws attention to certain documents of report under Section 173 Cr.PC, which is are not available on record inadvertently because they were not supplied to him by his client in the proper manner.
Given above, learned Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file fresh one by placing the entire record. It is requested that in case the fresh petition is filed, he shall be exempted from filing translated or typed copy of the challan. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
