This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of regular bail has been filed by petitioner - Sonia @ Jaswinder Kaur, aged about 34 years, w/o Jagjit Singh, an accused in FIR No. 18 dated 3.3.2018, for offences under Sections 302, 381 IPC, registered at Police Station Begowal, Kapurthala.

A perusal of the order passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, dismissing the petition for grant of regular bail, goes to show that the case is at the stage of defence and arguments. That means, the trial is at the fag end. No question of granting bail, pending trial, is there.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
