Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) The petitioner-complainant is aggrieved against the nonconclusion of the preliminary enquiry regarding serious allegations of embezzlement and encroachment against Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Nuhana, Tehsil and District Rewari-respondent no.5 pending since last two years.

Notice of motion was issued for today.

Learned State counsel had sought time to verify the facts and apprise the Court accordingly.

At the time of hearing today,learned Senior D.A.G. Haryana on instructions from Naveen Yadav, Panchayat Secretary,Rewari, states at the Bar that the pending enquiry against respondent no.5 shall be concluded within three weeks.
