**** Rajbir Sehrawat, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.59 dated 22.06.2019 registered under Sections 115, 120-B IPC and under Section 25 of Indian Arms Act at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar Rural. Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 22.08.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the State of Punjab, being instructed by ASI Niranjan Singh, has not disputed the fact regarding petitioner's joining the investigation.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 22.08.2019 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
