The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 07.11.2016 (Annexure P-1). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition by submitting that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
