(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.610 dated 31.7.2022 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 506, 120-B, 216 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Old Industrial, District Panipat. ( 2 ) CRM-M-40513-2022 The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and that now matter has been compromised between the parties.
State counsel on instructions from SI Inder Singh submits that the petitioner who has joined investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. The counsel appearing for the complainant has objection if the petition is allowed as the matter has been compromised between the parties. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 14.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
