G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the petitioner had not approached the respondents for the necessary relief for the grant of A.C.P. scale. It is not disputed that the petitioner's services were terminated and vide order dated 11.02.2014 (Annexure P-6), this Court had set aside the termination order and directed the respondents to pass a fresh order.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the said order, the petitioner has been taken back in service. In such circumstances, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for the necessary relief firstly before approaching this Court.
