(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.106, dated 21.07.2017, registered at Police Station Dayalpura, Tehsil Phul, District Bathinda, under Sections 452, 323, 506, 427 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to orders dated 22.08.2019 & 10.12.2019, report dated 29.01.2020 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phul, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.106, dated 21.07.2017, registered at Police Station Dayalpura, Tehsil Phul, District Bhatinda, under Sections 452, 323, 506, 427 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
