Petitioner seeks immigration from Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana to Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh. According to counsel, necessary formalities have been completed. However, respondents no. 2 to 4 have not taken any decision so far. He has also made representations annexures P-3 to P-5 to them. He submits that petitioner shall be satisfied if a direction be issued to said authorities to decide the aforesaid representations expeditiously. In view of above, present petition is disposed of with the direction that representations in question be decided by the concerned authorities at the earliest, in any case not later than 15.10.2018.
