Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner eligible and qualified for the post of TGT (Arts) in response to advertisement 02/2023, dated 21.02.2023. 2.

Pursuant to the last order, dated 17.09.2024, petitioner's result has been produced, which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows he has secured more than cut off marks in the Rest of Haryana as well as Mewat cadre, however, has been selected in category no.5 for the post of TGT Arts (ROH).

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend the petitioner, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT Arts (ROH) as per merit, subject to fulfilling the requisite conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.30 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
