(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is that respondent-Kaithal Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited is not paying the petitioner the salary at par with his junior, who was drawing the higher salary than the petitioner. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents argues that keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in General Manager, Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Sultanpur, U.P. Vs. Satrughan Nishad and others, 2003(8) SCC 639, which is consistently followed by this Court. CWP-6918-2016 -2Court as the petitioner has a remedy under the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities under the Cooperative Societies Act, for the redressal of grievance as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
