Present bunch of petitions involve common point of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present petitions has already been answered by this Court while passing order in CWP-552-2016, titled as Bhakra Beas Management Board versus Nanak Chand and others, decided on 21.01.2025, hence, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in Nanak Chand's case (supra).

Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners recorded herein above, the present petitions are dismissed in the same terms and conditions as held in Nanak Chand's case (supra). Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
