The present revision petition has been filed challenging order dated 08.05.2019 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Faridkot whereby an application filed by the petitioner for appointing the revenue Patwari for local inspection was dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Faridkot, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being Civil Suit No.445 of 2018 itself stands dismissed and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that since the interim orders have all merged into the final order, the petitioner would always be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
