Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses/bills (Annexure P5) incurred by the petitioner on the treatment of his wife, who is suffering from cancer, which falls under chronic illness category. For this purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 15.03.2018 (Annexure P6), but still no action has been taken.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.
