Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Since, CRM-M No.16213 of 2020 was got dismissed as withdrawn and was not decided on merits, therefore, in the event of filing fresh petition by the petitioner, the same be listed as per roster.
