CRWP-6588-2026 (O&M) MAIN CASE 1.
The present writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ, particularly in the nature of Habeas Corpus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing respondent No. 2 to forthwith produce the minor child, Nayum Kumar, before this Court and, upon such production, restore his physical custody to the petitioner, who is the biological father and natural guardian of the said minor child.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned/competent Court before whom the custody proceedings under Sections 7 and 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, seeking custody and interim visitation rights, are pending.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The learned trial Court is directed to decide the petitioner's pending application for visitation rights within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 4.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
