CWP-26387-2018 (O&M) Counsel for the parties very fairly state that the present writ petition is also covered by the judgment dated 14.01.2019 passed in CWP No.16939-2019 (Annexure P-9) and pray that the main writ petition may be disposed of in terms of said judgment.

In view of the prayer made by counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.16939 of 2016, decided on 14.01.2019 (Annexure P-9).
