By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to restore the basic pay to Rs.54,410/- w.e.f 01.01.2014 and 3rd stagnation increment w.e.f. 01.04.2017 with further direction to release the difference of the terminal benefits and also to release the arrears amounting to Rs.4,51,446/- along with 18% interest till the date of realization.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent(s) to decide legal notice dated 14.11.2017 (Annexure P-8), within a stipulated period.
