Both the petitioners by way of separate writ petitions are seeking appointment as Lecturers in Mechanical Engineering in the institutions run by the Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training,Punjab, pursuant to their selection in the General Category, notified vide advertisement dated 28.12.2015 (P-1). At the time of hearing counsel for the parties are agreed that the present writ petitions have become infructuous as appointment letters to RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2018.12.20 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
