Learned counsel for the respondents has filed written statement, by way of affidavit of Vijayendra Kumar, Director General, Consolidation of Holdings, Haryana on behalf of the respondents, today in the Court. The same is taken on record. The affidavit indicates that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as consolidation proceedings have commenced. We, therefore, dispose of the present writ petition as having been rendered infructuous. But we expect that the consolidation proceedings shall be completed as expeditiously as possible.
