Through the instant civil writ petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought the issuance of a writ especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to count the previous service rendered by the petitioners in the parent department i.e. Haryana State Federation of Consumer's Cooperative Wholesale Stores Ltd. (CONFED) while calculating the qualifying service for pension along with all consequential benefits and arrears.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that though a representation was made to the respondents on July 25, 2017 (P-7) but till date neither any reply to the said representation has been received nor any final order has been passed by the concerned Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that they feel satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondents No.2 to 4 to decide the aforesaid representation dated July 25, 2017 (P-7) within some specified period. 4.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioners in the representation dated July 25, 2017 (P-7) and to take a conscious decision by passing a speaking order in accordance with rules and regulations as well as in the light of the judgments passed by this Court in CWP No.3792 of 2012, captioned as "Suresh Chand and ors. vs. State of Haryana and ors." decided on January 14, 2016 (P-5) and CWP No.26716 of 2014 titled as "Nathu Singh vs. State of Haryana and ors." decided on September 27, 2016 (P-6) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.

However, if petitioners still feel aggrieved by any of the orders passed by the aforesaid authority, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
