The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside order dated 17.09.2015 (Annexure P-11) passed by the Financial Commissioner (Revenue), whereby the Financial Commissioner (Revenue), has set aside the order dated 06.06.2014 (Annexure P-9). 2.
