The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 27.02.2026 SUDEEPAK KUMAR 2026.07.01 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CWP-18725-2026 whereby respondent No.4-NHAI has dismissed petition dated 11.12.2017 for enhancement of compensation. She is also seeking direction to respondents to grant solatium along with interest from the date of notification till realization.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw with liberty to approach learned District Judge in terms of Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
