Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 115, 190, 191(3), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 [S. 115(2) of BNS, added later on], in a case arising out of FIR No.139, dated 29.05.2025, registered at Police Station Rohtak Sadar, District Rohtak.

Since the impugned FIR as well as all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, have been quashed by this Court vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-33617-2025, titled as, "Deepanshu and others v. State of Haryana and others" and CRM-M-35353-2025, titled as, "Naman Ahuja and another v. State of Haryana and others", on the basis of compromises dated 23.06.2025 and 05.07.2025, respectively, arrived at between the parties, no further directions are required to be passed in the JAWALA RAM 2025.08.12 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
