(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner so as to allow him to join his duty with continuity of services and with all consequential benefits. In this regard, had submitted a representation dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure P-9) as well as legal notice dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-20), but there is no adherence thereto. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider representation dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure P-9) as well as legal notice dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-20) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
