The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for setting aside the impugned orders dated 02.04.2019, Annexure P-2 and 06.07.2019, Annexure P-3 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such on account of the fact that the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and granted bail. 3.
