**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) By way of this writ petition the petitioner seeks promotion to the post of Assistant Revenue Clerk from the date when his juniors were granted that promotion. In this regard a legal notice has already been sent for consideration, however, the same is yet to be decided. I propose to dispose of the instant writ petition in view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with the certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks. In case, a fresh representation is filed within a period of two weeks on receipt of certified copy of this order, the same is directed to be decided by the respondents in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of.
