This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 189, dated 1st July, 2020, under Sections 379, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Nangal Chaudhary, District Mahendergarh at Narnaul. 3.
Reply filed, dated 4th February, 2022, is taken on record, copy supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Due to Covid-19 situation, the petitioner was granted interim bail on 21st May, 2021, by the Duty Magistrate, Narnaul, till 31st August, 2021. Thereafter, the petitioner failed to appear before the Trial Court and non-bailable warrants were issued on 23rd September, 2021 and 1st November, 2021, for 25th April, 2022.

In view of the restricted prayer the petition is disposed of. In case the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court on 25th April, 2022 and moves an application for regular bail, it may be taken up for hearing on the same day and decided as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
