The petitioner has challenged an order passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat on 19.04.2012, i.e., four years ago. The petitioner contends that thereafter there was a fresh notification/policy as a result of which she may be entitled to make an application for allotment of a flat under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme, 2006. In that event, the petitioner ought to make a fresh application. There is no warrant for setting aside the order of the Permanent Lok Adalat.
