RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to accept the application moved by the petitioner dated 04.07.2018, Annexure P-5, for setting ex-parte order dated 20.06.2017 as no service was ever effected on the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy of filing revision before the Financial Commissioner.

Allowed as prayed for.
