(Oral) The controversy raised by the petitioner pertains to the genuineness of the list of persons living below poverty line who are entitled to allotment of 100 square yard residential plots from the Gram Panchayat as per the Government Policy dated 01.12.2008 (Annexure P-1). As per the petitioner's allegations, a complaint was made pursuant to which enquiry was held but no further action is being taken. Since the persons whose names are alleged to have been erroneously included in the B.P.L. List, are not partyrespondents and are not being heard at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits, with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to take cognizance of the above-mentioned facts as well as the representation dated 02.05.2014 (Annexure P-3) made by the petitioner and take an MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.02.04 10:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
