This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 12.04.2023 passed in CWP-7155-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that order 12.04.2023 passed in CWP-7155-2023 has since been complied with and does not wish to press the present contempt petition.
