The challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 18.02.2016 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh whereby the Original Application No. 060/00591/2015 filed by the petitioner against the office orders dated 18.02.2014 (A-1), 04.06.2015 (A-2) and 17.03.2015 (A-2/A) was dismissed.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not agreed with the learned counsel for the petitioner, he states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal by way of filing a review application before the Tribunal as certain factual matrix have not been considered in the right perspective.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy, if any, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
