Learned State counsel submits that on 14.10.2018, FIR No. 241 has been registered against the petitioner under sections 384 & 387 IPC at police station Ambala Sadar.

In view of above, plea of the petitioner for extension of parole is misconceived. Same is hereby rejected.

Petition is dismissed.
