(Oral) This writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of order dated 11.06.2019 (Annexure P-1) vide letter number 1015 issued by respondent No.3 vide which respondent No.4 has been appointed as the administrator of the Gram Panchayat of Village Hari Majra, Block Ganaur District Patiala. Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Sunil Khosla, Legal Consultant, has submitted that in the present case term of the Administrator has elapsed thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
