**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer as per Inter-District Transfer Policy dated 06.08.2015 (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the vide order dated 24.04.2021, the petitioner has now been transferred to Panchkula District, where he has joined also and thus, nothing survives in the present petition.

Since the petitioner has already joined his new place of posting, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
